Mission, Texas- The creative ideas to design a set for Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, by Roald Dahl have qualified a Mission High School (MHS) student for state UIL competition. Roberto Ramirez entered a model he designed for the set category of Theatrical Design that will be a part of the state UIL competition later this month.
