The VMHS Harlequin Drama Team was recognized at the 2nd Annual High School Palm
Theater Awards on Sunday, April 7th. They were awarded "Best Musical Design" for their fall show
"Mamma Mia.” Their superior musical arrangements with unmatched vocal leads and ensemble
singing were complimented by a live 4-piece live band during their show. This brought them top
honors in this category above all high schools in the Rio Grande Valley.
