Law enforcement students advancing to state competition

Mission, Texas- Mission High School (MHS) has a total of 28 law enforcement students who are advancing to state-level competitions after the recent regional Texas Public Service Association (TPSA) contest. The mission of the TPSA is to provide law, public safety, corrections, and security students with knowledge, skills, leadership and student growth through real world career preparation, experience, training, and competition opportunities.

Blood spatter-Victoria Blanco, Leeann Molina, Ryan Vick, first place.

Cell extraction- Lexie Escobedo, Gerardo Esquivel, Jesus Molina, Israel Perez Jr., Ruben Turrubiates, Alexia Sandoval, first place.

Crash investigation- Samuel Lopez, Ricardo Reyes, Jimmy Rodriguez, first place.

Crime scene investigation- Noevely Garza, Leeann Molina, Miranda Neagle, first place.

Disturbance call- David De Los Santos, Ethan Ramirez, first place.

Felony traffic stop- Samuel Lopez, Jose Martinez, Marco Navarro, Miranda Neagle, first place.

Fiber Analysis, Alysin Murillo, Ryan Vick, first place.

Fire team agility course- Gerardo Esquivel, Angel Montoya, Ruben Turrubiates, Alexia Sandoval, first place.

First responder- Ana Macia, second place.

Job interview- Noevely Garza, first place.
