Mission, Texas- Beginning Wednesday, March 25, 2020, children in the Mission Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) will only have to make one trip to get their Grab and Go meals for the day. Beginning Wednesday, a lunch for that day and their breakfast for the following day can be picked up at any of listed locations. The pick up times are 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Then each day the service is offered, Monday-Friday, students will get two meals in just one trip. Children must be in the vehicle in order to receive the free meals. Any child, ages 18 and under, is eligible to receive a meal, even if they are not a Mission CISD student.
Meal services will be available at the following locations: Mission Collegiate High School, Mission High School, Veterans Memorial High School, Mission Jr. High School, Leal Elementary School, O’Grady Elementary School, Capt. J. Castro Elementary School, Midkiff Elementary School, Mims Elementary School, Waitz Elementary School, Cantu Elementary School, Marcell Elementary School, Bryan Elementary School, R. Cantu Jr. High School, Salinas Elementary School. Mobile sites through re-configured school buses will be available at the following locations: Madero Park; 6 Mile & Los Ebanos; 4 Mile & Inspiration; 5 Mile & Inspiration; Trosper & Yukon; Los Ebanos & Palmera Drive.

Mission CISD anuncia nuevos cambios para las comidas gratis - Dos comidas a la vez
Comenzando el miércoles, 25 de marzo de 2020, los niños del Distrito Escolar de Mission sólo tendrá que hacer un viaje para obtener sus comidas para el día. A partir del miércoles, un almuerzo ese día y su desayuno para el dia siguiente se puede recoger en cualquiera de los lugares en la lista. El horario para recoger las comidas es de 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Luego cada dia de lunes a viernes los estudiantes recibirán dos comidas en un solo viaje. Los niños deben estar en el vehículo para recibir las comidas en un solo viaje. Cualquier niño, de 18 años o menos, es elegible para recibir una comida, incluso si no es un estudiante del Distrito de Mission.
Los servicios de comida estarán disponibles en las siguientes ubicaciones: Mission Collegiate High School, Mission High School, Veterans Memorial High School, Mission Jr. High, Leal Elementary School, O’Grady Elementary School, Capt.
