Veterans Memorial High School Boys Cross-Country team finished in 2nd place at the 30-5A Meet which was just one point away from 1st place. The team also qualified for the State Regional Meet scheduled for November 9th in Corpus Christi. Congratulations to Danny Alamilla and Manny Flores for being selected to the 30-5A 1st Team All District and to Micah Sanchez, Torian Vera and Juan Gutierrez for being selected to the 2nd Team All District. The Cross-Country team is under the direction of Coach Ralph Cantu and Assistant Coach Roy Lopez.
