Veterans Memorial High School athletes recently competed in the Texas Special Olympics Virtual Fall Classic. The athletes competed in Bocce and Flag Football. The results of those competitions are as follows:
Bocce competition- Jamilee Hernandez placed 2nd in Division 2 and Tabitha Gallardo placed 7th in Division 7. Kevin Cab placed 2nd in Division and Gerardo Obregon placed 8th in Division 2.
Flag Football- Gerardo Obregon placed 7th in Division 1, Frankie Torres placed 1st in Division 3 and Emanuel Casas placed 3rd in Division 3. Great work athletes!
