Mission, Texas- Mission Collegiate High School (MCISD) had 16 Business Professionals of America (BPA) students that were named State Qualifiers in their respective categories as well as several State Alternates. These top students will virtually attend the BPA 2021 State Leadership Conference online, March 2-6, 2021.
MCHS chapter members will join over 3,200 other conference delegates from across the state to participate in state level business skill competitions, general sessions, and the state officer candidate campaigns and elections. Besides having the opportunity to excel, they’ll network online and meet other students from across Texas.
“We are excited to host this online virtual conference for our members this year. While we would love to provide a face-to-face conference, we look forward to an engaging conference that showcases the talents and skills of our members and allows them to grow as professionals in this new format,” said BPA State Advisor, Diana Weber.
Business Professionals of America is a national organization for middle school, high school, and college students preparing for careers in business and office occupations. The organization’s activities and programs complement classroom instruction by giving students practical experience through application of the skills learned at school.
