Mission CISD Media Services in partnership with our Licensed Professional Counselors is launching a new, online video series that focuses on coping skills and self-care. Called, 60 Seconds of Self-Care, the series will be shared on the district's YouTube Channel, as well as the district Facebook Page and Twitter account. Here is a link to the premiere video.
