Zamira is ranked in the top five percent of her class and is described as well-rounded, ambitious and school-spirited. She is an AP Scholar, Area G Marching Band Contest Finalist, 2021 One Act Play Regional Qualifier and a student leader, acting as the drum major, section leader and theater vice-president. Currently, Zamira is a member of Band, Theater, National Honor Society, UIL, the Women Empowerment Club and the student-led nonprofit “Do Something.” She hopes to ignite change within her community and aspires to work as a political social worker or attorney. Zamira is the daughter of Pedro Villarreal and Raquel Uribe.
