Veterans Memorial High School (VMHS) senior Daniel Alamilla is headed to Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. He has officially signed his letter of intent to join the Men’s Cross Country team for the Washburn Ichabods. He officially starts with the Ichabods this upcoming fall semester and will also be pursuing pre-medicine while at the university. Daniel is the son of Chelsea Alamilla. The Alamilla family is extremely grateful to Daniel’s coaches, and to everyone that has supported him throughout his running career.
