Mission, Texas- Well over 100 students from Mission Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) participated in the Area 1 Special Olympics Bowling Tournament held in Pharr, recently. The four-day tournament brought in athletes from across the Rio Grande Valley. Weeks of practice by the Mission CISD student athletes paid off with lots of honors for them.
