Leandro says he is proud of facing his fear of heights by riding a zipline. His activities include: UIL, as well as boxing, soccer, hiking, reading, math, and learning science facts. He plans to attend college to become a writer and to help children gain easier access to books. Leandro is a student with a huge heart who loves learning and teaching. He is respectful, responsible, and goes above and beyond to help when he sees others struggling. Leandro is the son of Gonzalo Alonso and Joselyne Rivera.
