America says she is most proud of getting into the Engineering Academy at STC. Her extracurricular activities include National Honor Society and Destination Imagination. Outside of school she likes to bake. She sees herself becoming a mechanical engineer and then working in the field of renewable energy. She also hopes to earn a master’s degree and perhaps work at Formula 1. She is hardworking, responsible, dedicated, honest, and kind. America is the daughter of Alba Hernandez and Alejandro Martinez.
