Guillermo says he is most proud of making it into the National Junior Honor Society. In addition to that, he is active in UIL activities including: Calculator, Social Studies, Science, Duet Acting, and Math. Outside of school, he likes to play Yu-Gi-Oh with his friends. He hopes to attend Yale University and become an architect. Known for his integrity, Guillermo is generous and empathetic with others. He is the son of Francisco Rubio and Susana Patino.
