Joel is most proud of earning 9th place in the TMSCA Calculator Applications competition. He is active in classical guitar, art club, UIL, and TMSCA. Outside of school, Joel is interested in dinosaurs and spends his time reading about them. He would like to attend Baylor University and major in radiology. He also has a dream of owning a pawn shop like one of his favorite TV shows, Pawn Stars. Joel is dedicated, respectful, helpful, and tries to include others in all he does. He is the son of Joel M. Trigo Jr. and Adelita Garcia Trigo.
