MISSION, TEXAS (June 10, 2024)- Mission Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) will provide each student with a limited set of school supplies to start the 2024-2025 school year.
This initiative aims to ease the back-to-school burden on families.
“Mission CISD understand that the current economic climate may be putting a burden on household budgets,” said Dr. Cris Valdez, Mission CISD Superintendent of Schools. “By supplying some of the essential items our students need to succeed and reducing the list of what parents need to buy, we hope to ease some of the stress that comes with starting a new school year.”
The limited items students will need in order to have a successful school year are provided on the district website by grade level.
For safety and security purposes, mesh and clear backpacks will be required for all students.
