Mission CISD's Graphic Media Arts Specialist Recognized for Excellence in Branding at NSPRA Conference

MISSION, TEXAS (August 2, 2024) - Mission Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) has announced that Rolando Garza, Graphic Media Arts Specialist, has been recognized in the 2024 Publications and Digital Media Excellence Awards at the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) Conference. Garza received this recognition under the Branding/Image Package Excellence category for his work on the Mission CISD Showcase Event logo. 

"This recognition is a testament to Rolando’s exceptional talent and dedication to enhancing the district’s branding," said Dr. Cris Valdez, Interim Superintendent of Mission CISD. "His creativity has contributed to our communication efforts, and we are proud to see Mission CISD represented at the national level." 

The NSPRA Awards celebrate the best in school communications and public relations, recognizing individuals and organizations demonstrating excellence in producing engaging and effective publications, digital media, and branding efforts. 

“Winning the national award for my design was a transformative experience. The design played a crucial role in spreading awareness about the school I work for, highlighting its values and mission,” said Garza. “It not only validated my skills but also inspired me to continue pushing the boundaries of design."
