When the Business Professionals of America (BPA) held its state leadership conference earlier this month, Veterans Memorial High School (VMHS) was well represented. Based upon their earlier performance at regional competitions, nine VMHS students advanced to the state competitions.
The small business management team advanced. They are: Bryana Cantu, Cristian Garza, Edward Moreno.
The parliamentary procedures team advanced to state. They are: Arturo Cano, Hali Medina, Jocelyn Reyna, Anyssa Vela, Galilea Zorola.
Jamilex Reyna also advanced to state to compete in advanced accounting.
