The Veterans Memorial High School (VMHS) Harlequins Drama Club is proud to announce their 2014 production of “The Great Gatsby”, by F. Scott Fitzgerald, adapted for the stage by Simon Levy. Their production uses live singing of jazz to help set the scene for romance, tragedy, and scandal. The classic love story and drama is complete with song, dance, and grand sets.
Showtimes are set for 7:00 p.m. on December 6, 11, 12, 13; with a special matinee performance at 2:00 p.m. on December 13. Performances will be held in the VMHS Theater located on campus, 700 E. Two Mile Line. Doors will open 30 minutes before showtime. Tickets can be purchased at the campus in advance or at the door. Tickets cost $5 for students, and $10 for adults.
