When the best middle school musicians in the area come together for the Texas Music Educators Association All Region Band Concert on December 13, three Mission Jr. High School (MJH) students will be among them. The students earned spots in two of the three Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) All Region Bands based on the TMEA Region 15 auditions held this past weekend.
The students are, pictured from left to right: Andrew Adkins, tuba, concert band; Damian Gonzalez, baritone, concert band; Fabian Gutierrez, bass clarinet, honors band.
The concerts are free and will be held on December 13, beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the La Joya Fine Arts Auditorium.
