The popularity of the District Elementary Track Meet continues to grow. Students from each of our elementary schools came together this week to compete in a variety of track and field events. The district has developed several districtwide athletics competitions that are held throughout the school year. This not only promotes physical activities, but also gives students the opportunity to discover and participate in different types of sports in a fun atmosphere that allows them to compete against students from their neighboring Mission CISD elementary schools.
