Mims Elementary School had some outside help recently in teaching kindergarten students about the weather. KRGV-TV meteorologist Tim Smith dropped by to share information about weather patterns in the area and showed how some Science tools work that relate to the study of weather. The students also had prepared questions for Smith, in addition to his prepared presentation.
