Mission, Texas- The One Act Play team from Mission Jr. High School earned first place at the recent District One Act Play Competition. In addition to the first place trophy, Bella Alaniz was recognized as best actress and Miranda Davis earned an All-Star award. Honorable mention All-Star honors went to Ulises Ponce. The team performed The 39 Steps, by Patrick Barlow and John Buchan.
The members of the Mission Jr. High School One Act Play cast are: Ulises Ponce, Miranda Davis, Gabriella Alaniz, Jayden Longoria, Linsey Garza, Mason Smith, Zury Zamora, Sebastian Trejo, Tyler Ramirez, Emi Gutierrez, Ryann Ramirez, Krystal Gonzalez.
The members of the crew are: Samantha Garcia, Briana Diaz, Anna Vela, Andrea Martinez, Adal Ordonez.
They are directed by Adrian Miguel Guerrero, David Land, and Joe Hernandez.
