Waitz Elementary School had a very special guest reader visit recently. U.S. Congressman Rubén Hinojosa dropped in to share a short book with a group of second and third grade students. The visit was arranged by local author, Frank Brewster III through his company, Brewster’s Guacamaya Enterprises. The read aloud was shared throughout Waitz Elementary School through the campus video system. It was also recorded for other schools to view at a later date.
