Migrant students who participated in the Migrant Academic Achievement Residential Summer (MAARS) experience this past summer at TSTC in Harlingen, Texas had some bonus learning recently. They attended a special leadership seminar hosted by John Ben Shepperd Public Leadership Institute. The activities built upon some of what the students learned and experienced during their summer at TSTC.
