This year’s Motor Activities Challenge took on a Star Wars theme. The district’s Special Olympics and Special Education efforts come together for this annual event. It brings together students from our elementary schools for a morning of activities to challenge their motor skills. It makes for a fun and chaotic scene in the Mission High School Neuhaus Gym as the students rotate through 14 different activity stations. Pictured here is Ivan Adame from Cavazos Elementary School as he made his way through the Jedi Obstacle Course. Other activities include: bowling, a tech corner, soccer, scooters, basketball, a photo booth, various bouncing/jumping activities, and more.
