Mission, Texas- Members of the K. White Jr. High School (KWJH) choir recently competed against over 900 other students for positions in the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Region XV Middle School Choir. Eight of the KWJH students earned a coveted spot in the regional choir that will hold a special concert on May 7, at the McAllen High School Auditorium at 5:00 p.m. Leslie Guerra earned the first chair position for the soprano 1 section of the choir.
