Mission, Texas- The Veterans Memorial High School (VMHS) student council recently earned a sweepstakes rating at the Texas Association of Student Councils Conference held in Arlington, Texas. Other awards presented to the VMHS student council for outstanding achievement this school year include: outstanding student council, DASH, energy and environment, pride and patriotism, and community service.
