Updated 11:34 a.m.- City of Mission indicates the shelter opening at the Parks and Recreation building will be a medical shelter. The Veterans Memorial High School Gym will be opening as a shelter this afternoon. The goal is to have it available at 2pm. Will continue to update information as it comes in.
Student buses to Madero at the end of this early release day today will not be running due to the storm response in that area. We will plan to hold Madero students at their schools for parent/guardian pick up. The campuses are attempting to notify parents involved.
