Veterans Memorial High School (VMHS) standout student athlete, Bobby Tovar has signed a letter of intent accepting an athletic scholarship from Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois. Tovar is 2016 graduate of VMHS and wide receiver for the VMHS football team. This past year, Tovar was also named Honorable Mention All-State Wide Receiver by the Associated Press. In addition to his studies, Tovar will be a part of the Monmouth College football team.
