Monday, August 22 will be the first day of classes for students in the Mission Consolidated Independent School District (Mission CISD). This will be a regular/full-day of school for all students, including Pre-K.
The school day for elementary students this school year will start at 7:45 a.m. and end at 3:15 p.m. The school day for junior high school students will start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. The school day for high school students will start at 8:15 a.m. and end at 4:15 p.m.
All Mission CISD elementary schools and junior high schools will hold a Meet the Teacher Night on Thursday, August 18. The elementary schools Meet the Teacher events will be 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The junior high school Meet the Teacher events will be 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The high schools hold events after the school year has started.
