Two Veterans Memorial High School (VMHS) standout student athletes, Hugo Cabrera and Kevin Liebano have signed letters of intent accepting athletic scholarships from Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois.
Cabrera and Liebano are 2016 graduates of VMHS and will be a part of the Monmouth College football program this fall.
