Mission, Texas- When K. White Jr. High School (KWJH) held a Homecoming Parade this week, students and bands did not take to the streets. They took to the hallways, but still managed to have parade floats with people on/in them.
The campus borrowed 20 shopping carts from a nearby H-E-B store. Various student groups and organizations then had the opportunity to decorate the cart as their float in the campus Homecoming Parade. Winners of the parade float contest were announced during the Homecoming Dance.
