January 24, 2017– Parents filled the stands at Rafael Cantu Junior High School January 19 to support their children at the second annual Mission CISD (Consolidated Independent School District) Elementary Science Fair. The gymnasium was lined with rows of science projects ranging from studies of water to why the heart beats. There were 128 students from Kinder through 5th grade representing all elementary campuses. More students are taking part in the science fair and next year sure is sure to be another successful show of scientific inquiry.
