Mission, Texas- The Veterans Memorial High School (VMHS) Stars competition season is off to a very strong start. They recently participated in the Rio Grande Valley Dance Educators Contest (VDEC) and received a Division 1 rating. This marks the second year in a row the group has earned the top rating at this contest.
The Stars next competition will be on February 23 at Tuloso Midway High School in Corpus Christi, followed by a competition at the McAllen Convention Center on March 2. The competitions are open to the public.
